Steve Matthiasson (owner and winemaker of Matthiasson) is the winemaker for Ashes & Diamonds where he continues to craft superb wines from Napa Valley Fruit. Ashes & Diamonds attempts to capture the elegance of Napa and Santa Cruz Mountains as it was in the 1960s while still pushing the boundaries of modern winemaking.

Aged 20 months in 28% new French oak. Grapes sourced from the Valley's southern vineyards, closer to the bay, to achieve this wines superb acid and just ripe fruit profile.
